About Order

Q1: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a confirmation email after ordering and a shipping email with a tracking link once shipped. You can also track directly via https://www.joyyelife.com/apps/17TRACK.

Q2: Can I modify my order?
A: Yes, but only if the order has not entered the packing or shipping process. Orders marked as “Preparing for shipping / Shipping / Delivered” can no longer be changed. Please contact customer support as soon as possible and be sure to check out our email.

Q3: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders are already processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Generally, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days.The exact delivery time will be shown when you select a shipping method at checkout.

About Payment

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Visa, UnionPay, JCB, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

Q5: Which currency will be charged?
A: We support USD, CAD, and EUR. If your card uses a different currency, your bank will automatically convert it based on the exchange rate.

Logistics & Delivery

Q6: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We provide shipping services to both EU member states and select non-EU European regions. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.If you need to confirm whether your country is supported, please check out our Contact Us.

Q7: What if I’m not home when the package arrives?
A: The courier may attempt redelivery or arrange a new delivery time with you. In some cases, the package may be taken to a local post office or pickup point.

Q8: Will I need to pay taxes for international shipments?
A: Possibly. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on local customs regulations.

Return & Replacement

Q9: Can I return an item and how are fees calculated?  
A: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Full refund within 14 days. 20%–30% fee for returns between 15–90 days. No returns after 90 days.Please review our Return & Replacement page for more information!

Q10: Can I exchange an item? 
A: Yes. Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns. Please specify the item you wish to exchange for when applying.

Product Care

Q11: How do I maintain my furniture?
A: Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid strong chemicals and abrasive tools.

Q12: How can I better extend the lifespan of my furniture? 
A: Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessively humid environments.

Q13: How can I prevent scratches?
A: Use coasters and placemats, avoid dragging items, and apply protective pads to chair and table legs.

Q14: How do I care for different materials? 

Veneer / MDF: Keep dry and avoid standing water.    
Glass:
Use glass cleaner with a microfiber cloth.    
Metal:
Keep dry and wipe off water immediately.    
Fabric / PU Leather:
Vacuum fabric regularly; wipe PU leather with a damp cloth and dry immediately.
