Limited Warranty

This warranty does not affect your legal rights in accordance with the laws and provisions of your country or region. The terms specified in this warranty should be executed to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. When the warranty period of this policy is not sufficient to cover the scope of the law in your country or region, your local policy regulations shall prevail.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If the product does not work properly during the warranty period, please email us at info@joyyelife.com for after-sales service. Your email should contain a valid purchase order number or any other proof of purchase.

JoyyeLife will try to analyze and solve your problem through online service. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you may need to send the product to JoyyeLife's local repair center. If the issue occurs within the warranty period, JoyyeLife will repair or replace the product and provide after-sales service free of charge.

This Warranty Does Not Apply To:

  • Products or parts whose warranty has expired;
  • Products purchased through channels not authorized by JoyyeLife or products resold by other buyers;
  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, and damage caused by improper handling or usage;
  • Failure or damage caused by incorrect use, maintenance, or storage, including exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, insect infestation, or damage from external crashes;
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications;
  • Products or parts with altered, removed, or modified serial numbers;
  • Failure or damage caused by using unauthorized third-party parts or software;
  • Damage due to force majeure or accidents;
  • Products that cannot operate without errors, or have no material manufacturing defects.

Special Notes:

  • Product packaging, complimentary items, and accessories are not covered by the warranty. However, if issues occur during the first use, the product can be replaced free of charge.
  • JoyyeLife will not be responsible for any promises made by agents that are not guaranteed by us.
  • For discontinued products, we will inform customers of the final maintenance date and after-sales service terms.
  • For products sold with separate after-sales agreements, the terms confirmed by JoyyeLife will prevail.

Return & Replacement Policy

We aim for you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a return and replacement service under the following conditions:

  • Order Placed: If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at info@joyyelife.com. We will try to cancel the order and provide a refund.
  • Order Delivered: After delivery, please email us at joy**@joyyelife.com**. We will assist with the return or replacement process.

Conditions of Return and Replacement

  • Statutory Right of Withdrawal: You can return items within 14 days from the day you receive them (or the last item in a batch if multiple items were delivered separately).
  • Returned Items: Must be in original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and materials intact. Any diminished value due to mishandling will be your responsibility.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a product defect.

Voluntary Returns and Service Fees:

  • If returning within 30 days, a service fee will apply based on the condition of the product (open, used, etc.). For items returned within 15-30 days, a 15%-30% service fee will be deducted from the refund, depending on the product's condition.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the returned items. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs or service fees.

Replacement Policy:

  • Replacement can be requested for defective products received within 90 days of delivery, subject to product condition and proof of defect.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized channels or with missing accessories cannot be replaced.

Cost of Return & Replacement:

  • Within 14 days: No service fee, but shipping is your responsibility if no defect is found.
  • After 14 days (up to 30 days): A 15%-30% service fee applies.
  • After 30 days (up to 90 days): A 30% service fee applies.

Disclaimers:

  • All returns and replacements are subject to our approval. Only approved requests will be processed.
  • Returns must be sent back to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories and packaging intact.
