Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. Items in stock will be shipped from our dedicated European warehouses. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using your original method of payment.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Regions

We offer shipping services to:

  • All countries within the European Union (EU) — free standard shipping is provided for these destinations.

  • Non-EU European countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Iceland) and other international destinations — additional shipping charges will apply.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or certain remote islands that are inaccessible by standard courier services.

4. Shipping Costs

  • EU Countries: Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Non-EU and International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and size. Applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Oversized, bulky or heavy furniture items may be subject to additional handling fees, which will also be displayed during checkout.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak demand.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment.

8. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. For large furniture items, we recommend that someone is present to receive the delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or the absence of a recipient, re-delivery fees or return shipping costs may apply.
