1.General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. In-stock items will be shipped from our exclusive warehouse located in Europe. If the product is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and refund the full order amount using your original payment method.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be extended.
3.Shipping Destinations
We offer the following shipping service:
• All EU countries –– Free standard shipping applies to these destinations.
• Non-EU European countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, Iceland) and other international destinations –– Additional shipping fees will apply.
Note: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or remote islands inaccessible via standard courier services.
4. Shipping fees
• EU countries: Free standard shipping on all orders.
• Non-EU & international orders: Fees are calculated based on the destination country/region, order weight, and dimensions. Applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to payment completion.
• Oversized, bulky ,or overweight furniture may be subject to an additional handling fee, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance delays, local postal service disruptions, or periods of high demand.
6.Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for details prior to placing your order.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status in real time.
8. Delivery Conditions
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete. For large furniture items, we recommend arranging for someone to be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, a redelivery fee or return shipping cost may be incurred.
