Weight Limit
EU region: Free shipping with no weight limit. Non-EU region: Free shipping up to 20 kg; customers bear shipping fees for the excess weight.

Return Period
Within 14 days:
Condition 1: Unwanted items (must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging). Customer pays return shipping.
Condition 2: Defective or damaged items. Free return shipping with proof of damage.
Within 30 days:
Returns accepted with 15%–30% service fee.
30–90 days: Returns accepted with 30% service fee.
After 90 days: Returns not accepted..
Refunds
Processed within 7 business days after inspection.
If items do not meet return conditions, part of the refund may be deducted.
Exchanges
Defective products within 30 days can be exchanged with proof.
Products from unauthorized channels are not eligible.
